Can the U.S. Census tell us exactly how many Muslims live in Texas?
No. Census Bureau materials state that the decennial census does not collect religious affiliation, and Census ancestry data do not tabulate religious groups. Texas Muslim population figures therefore come from surveys, directories and estimates with their own methods and dates — not from a federal religion census.
Limit Other surveys and directories have their own methods.

Is Texas’s CAIR designation the same as a federal FTO designation?

Does Qur’an 9:5 command violence against every non-Muslim?
The claim is too broad for the cited passage. Verses 9:4 and 9:6 explicitly address honored treaties and protection for a polytheist seeking safety. Verse 9:5 is a combat passage, not a warrant to erase those adjoining provisions.

Does taqiyya give every Muslim permission to lie to non-Muslims?
