How this index is built
Entries come from the source lists attached to published records, reference guides and reviewed directory listings. Nothing is added by topic matching, and a document is never listed because it looks related to something we wrote. Addresses are deduplicated only where they are genuinely the same document: meaningful fragments, www distinctions and identifying query strings are all preserved, and alternate addresses for one document are recorded by hand.
Some documents we cite are not linked from this page. Where a publication rule bars an outbound link, the citation still exists in the record it belongs to and is simply not republished here. Drafts and unpublished source lists never reach this index.
Four limits are worth stating plainly:
- Inclusion means a published page explicitly cites the document. Nothing more.
- Citation is not endorsement, and it is not agreement with the document.
- A first-party or official source establishes what its publisher says or records, not that the statement is independently true.
- The date we checked a source is not the date it was published, and this register does not claim to cover every document on any subject.
