2025: announced investigations and legislation
- March 25 — Attorney General consumer-protection civil investigative demand. Investigation announced; no finding stated here. [1]

- March 28 — Governor announced a Texas Workforce Commission fair-housing investigation. [3]
- March 31 — Governor directed the Texas Rangers to open a criminal investigation. [4]
- April 1 — Governor announced a TCEQ authorization and permit issue affecting construction. [5]
